The dates and route for the Tour De SHIELD616 Colorado were specifically chosen. The ride will be on May 16th-19th which is during National Police Week in Washington DC. That week highlights those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. This route will start at the Colorado Springs Scheels and take riders to agencies where a HERO gave the ultimate sacrifice; El Paso County Sheriff Office, UCCS Police Dept., Colorado Springs Police Dept., Arvada Police Dept., Commerce city Police Dept. and the Boulder Police Dept. The ride will also include a tour of Angel Armor with a live fire demonstration and the ride will end at Scheels in Johnstown. This year, the ride will also provide an END OF WATCH coin to the Cortez Police Dept. honoring Sgt. Michael Moran EOW 11-29-23.

Day 1 (May 16th): Colorado Springs Scheels – Sedalia (81.8 miles)
Day 2 (May 17th): Sedalia – Boulder PD (84.9 miles)
Day 3 (May 18th): Boulder – Estes Park (42.7 miles)
Day 4 (May 19th) : Estes Park – Angel Armor – Johnstown Scheels (62 miles)
Total Mileage: ~ 273 miles / Total Elevation: ~13,356 ft
Agencies benefitting: Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Colorado Springs Police Department, Cortez Police Department, and El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
